Carry out daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, back-of-house, and public areas.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as per the hotel's maintenance plan.
Identify potential issues and resolve them before they become major problems.
Guest Service Support
Address guest complaints or requests related to maintenance in a professional and timely manner.
Minimize disruptions to guests while performing repair work.
Ensure all maintenance activities align with guest comfort and safety standards.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all health, safety, and fire regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and hospitality standards.
Teamwork & Coordination
Collaborate with housekeeping and front office to prioritize maintenance work.
Support other departments during peak operations (events, emergencies, etc.).
Report major repair needs or replacement requirements to the Maintenance Manager.
