Job Description

Perform

preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

on all production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair

mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

to minimize downtime. Ensure all machines (e.g., packaging machines, conveyors, mixers, fillers, etc.) are operating at optimal efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and prepare maintenance reports. Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Maintain and update maintenance logs, checklists, and machine history records. Ensure compliance with

safety standards, GMP, and quality control guidelines

. Recommend and assist in machine upgrades or improvements when required. Maintain an adequate inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
