: Maintenance - Technician

Job Responsibilities:

u Visit regularly in Production & Utility areas for daily check up's.

u Troubleshoot production & utility equipment's whenever breakdown occurs and document it.

u Maintain machine condition to ensure the equipment is running at optimum efficiency (Rigs, Ovens, Tanks, Compounding equipment's. QA Lab equipment's, Curing Oven, Packing machines etc..)

u Perform Preventive maintenance as per the schedule and document it (Daily, Weekly, Qtly, Hly & Annual Check lists).

u Update the equipment history card regularly for any major spare parts change and machine modification works.

u Perform Calibration of process & measuring instruments and document it. (Internal & External)

u Survey and maintain infrastructure systems to comply with Environment, health and safety standards (Buildings, Roads, Roofing &, False roofing's).

u Comply the Environment, Health and safety rules, regulations & standards during your work.

u Ensure the usage and availability of appropriate PPE's during work execution. (Helmet, Gloves, Googles, Safety Belt & Full body Harness)

u Strictly adhere the visual controls inside the factory.

u Support to implement the new machine installations, machine retro fitments & construction works.

u Participate actively in Lean activities & CIP Projects.

u Ensure 5S and safe practices in place at workshop & utility areas (DG Room, RO Plant, STP, ETP, Chiller, AHU Room, Borewell & Air compressor room).

u Accompany and ensure the safety of the service vendor during their visit (Fabrication, Civil & AMC service persons etc...).

u Maintain the inventory of maintenance spares & consumables.

u Any other duty that may be assigned by Maintenance HOD.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
