We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Maintenance Technician

to join our team at our state-of-the-art printing and packaging facility in Haveli, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant machinery and utilities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing, laminating, slitting, pouch-making, and other packaging machinery. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production and utility equipment. Ensure timely maintenance of compressors, chilling plants, air dryers, and material handling equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory. Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Follow safety protocols, lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure a safe working environment. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and reliability. Report to the Maintenance Manager and assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality management systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in printing and packaging machinery. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of Flexo/Rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching machines preferred. Ability to read technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and engineering drawings. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
