Job Description

Inspections & Diagnostics

: Regularly check buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for issues.

Repairs & Maintenance

: Fix broken fixtures, faulty wiring, damaged structures, and malfunctioning machinery.

Preventive Maintenance

: Implement schedules for routine upkeep (filter changes, system checks) to prevent breakdowns.

Work Order Management

: Respond to and complete assigned maintenance requests efficiently.

Documentation

: Keep records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service logs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
