We are an Electric Two-Wheeler Dealership and are seeking a

Electric Two Wheeler Technician

for our newly launched Workshop at Kolar Road, Bhopal.

The ideal candidate should have a

automobile industry background

, Graduate/ Diploma holder with valid Two-wheeler license would be ideal but we are happy to overlook this if you are confident in your know-how of technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform regular service maintenance and minor services at customer door-step.

Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them at customer door-step.

Fill out job-cards and keep records on services that have been performed

Perform quality assessments on all serviced vehicles as per standard check sheet and concerns registered.

Need to have exceptional driving skills along with an ability to navigate.

Maintain ongoing communication with fleet coordinator and update on changes if any.

Cooperate with service technical team and share information as and when necessary.

Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

Look for opportunity to sell any value added products (Subscription/AMC etc.) available

CI-DS Technician

Install charging PODs, and test them to ensure they are working correctly

Secondary Responsibilities

Anticipate parts needed for repairs as per concern registered.

Explain the vehicle readiness and jobs done through failed parts & offer test ride if required

Inform customer on pending/future jobs and final cost

Inform next service due date and Kms, put stickers on the vehicle

Operate fleet and customer vehicle in a safely manner.

Issue invoices and collect payment as necessary.
