AC, Fridge & Washing Machine Technician / Appliance Service Technician-
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Setup
: Install new AC units, refrigeration systems, and washing machines according to specifications and manuals.
Troubleshooting & Repair
: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in appliances, perform complex repairs, and replace faulty parts.
Maintenance
: Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing for all assigned equipment.
Customer Service
: Communicate effectively with clients, explain repair options, provide estimates, and address concerns.
Work Order Management
: Process work orders, document completed tasks, and manage inventory for parts.
Safety & Compliance
: Adhere to all safety standards and local electrical/HVAC codes.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as an Appliance or HVAC Technician.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and appliance mechanics.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Experience in maintenance
