Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic, mechanical and electrical equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Perform regular inspections of parking systems, hydraulic, electrical and structural components. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across parking premises. Monitor and replenish consumables (e.g., hydraulic valves, limit switches, etc) of parking systems. Conduct preventative/ quarterly maintenance in accordance with established schedules. Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Ensure compliance with internal policies. Support the setup, relocation, or removal of parking equipment as needed. Provide assistance and information to customers when necessary.

Requirement and skills

B.E/ Diploma / ITI in any stream of Engineering (Mechanical Preferred) 1 to 4 years in Maintenance of Car Parking System

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
