Salary:

24,000 - 28,000 Per Month (Immediate Joiners Required)

Reporting:

Factory Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Machinery and Equipment Maintenance

2. Ensure proper functioning of factory utilities including electricity, air compressors, dust collection system, water supply, and ventilation.

3. Oversee general building maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and structural repairs.

4. Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.

5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.

6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and service reports.

7. Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs, calibration, and machine servicing.

8. Manage spare parts inventory and sourcing.

9. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.

10. Conduct periodic machine safety checks and support the implementation of workplace safety programs.

Qualification Required:

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, ITI/Fitter, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production maintenance (experience in the furniture or woodworking industry is an added advantage).

3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

4. Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.

5. Familiarity with CNC machinery and woodworking equipment is preferred.

6. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

8. Willing to work on shifts or overtime when required.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
