Routinely carry out quality inspection of HVAC equipment to ensure working in consistent with health and safety standards.
Troubleshoots system failures
Repair or replace defective parts in units, equipment and their controls
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
Responding to complaints/ emergency calls
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training for other staffs
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
Maintain calibration/ preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipments
Keep records of AMC, Warranty and schedule maintenance on proper due dates
Conduct energy conservation surveys to realize the most efficient cost-effective use of HVAC energy.
Reporting of break downs of equipments, failure of supply, accident and other serious occurrences immediately
Adhering to safety precaution to avoid accidents
Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants
To participate in on call, shift duties and out of hours as required by the service.
Undertake activities of pest control
