Job Description

Male candidate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience. He should be capable for handling all the MEP functions, related to maintenance department. Immediate joiners preferred. Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. Planning and scheduling repairs. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry. Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department. Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies. Routinely inspect mechanical & electrical systems to ensure working in consistent with health and safety standards Identifying faults or hazards. Testing of electrical systems and troubleshoot system failures. Conducting maintenance repairs Responding to complaints/ emergency calls Keep records of AMC, Warranty and schedule maintenance on proper dues Supports and participates in the development of the standard operating procedures and policies Reporting of break downs of equipment's, failure of supply, accident and other serious occurrences immediately Providing suggestions for equipment replacement. Writing electrical maintenance reports, logs, checklists Installing/ support installation of new electrical appliances in the building. Adhering to safety precaution to avoid accidents Coordinate inspections/ safety checks from government authorities Liaise with outside service providers To participate in on call, shift duties and out of hours as required by the service. Coordinates departmental activities with those of other departments Cleaning of the electrical fixtures & ceiling panels in coordination with housekeeping department
