Job Description

A Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment used in carbon manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment such as furnaces, mixers, conveyors, crushers, and presses Inspect mechanical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential failures Repair or replace faulty mechanical parts including bearings, belts, gears, pumps, and valves Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize production downtime Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machines Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance checklists Ensure compliance with safety rules, especially when working with high temperatures, dust, and heavy machinery Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major issues to supervisors Work closely with electrical, production, and safety teams Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Required Skills & Knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
