Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split ACs, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation units. Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems. Monitor and adjust system settings for optimal performance. Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and safety standards. Coordinate with facility management to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or related technical field. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and control systems. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures in HVAC maintenance. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Physical ability to lift and handle HVAC equipment and tools. Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in hospital or wellness facility environments. Knowledge of eco-friendly HVAC practices and energy efficiency systems.
