Respond to emergency maintenance requests and conduct routine repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility structures.
Perform regular checks of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet safety standards.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues.
Complete scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns, which can include tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
Keep track of supplies, parts, and tools, and reorder them as needed.
Ensure all work is done in compliance with industry safety standards and protocols.
