Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, and repair of RO water purifiers Handling

Eureka Forbes

products and service calls Regular maintenance, filter & membrane replacement Attending customer service requests at site Identifying technical issues and resolving them efficiently Maintaining service records and reports Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

Experience as an RO Technician Knowledge of domestic RO systems and spare parts Ability to work independently and in the field Good customer communication skills Two-wheeler preferred
