Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

routine preventive maintenance

on production equipment, paint line systems, compressors, and utilities. Troubleshoot and repair

mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns

efficiently. Ensure

minimum machine downtime

and report recurring issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain

logbooks, maintenance records, and checklists

for all machines and utilities. Assist in

installation and commissioning

of new machinery and plant systems. Support the production team by addressing

urgent maintenance issues

during operations. Inspect and maintain

welding, cutting, CNC, bending, powder coating, and conveyor systems

. Ensure

safety protocols

are followed during maintenance work. Coordinate with

vendors and contractors

for outsourced maintenance jobs. Identify and suggest

improvements for energy saving, safety, and equipment performance

.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication industry (preferably metal or modular furniture industry).

Skills:

Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and panel wiring (preferred) Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Preventive maintenance planning Safety awareness and adherence to maintenance SOPs

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
