Educational Qualification:

Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Diploma in

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

,

Electrician

,

Mechanical

, or

Electrical

OR

Diploma in

Mechanical

or

Electrical Engineering

from a recognized institute

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

electrical or mechanical maintenance

from a recognized organization or institution

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of electrical and mechanical systems Troubleshoot faults in

AC systems, motors, control panels, wiring, and electrical circuits

Ensure smooth functioning of

equipment, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and lighting systems

Maintain logs and records of all maintenance work performed Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical/mechanical systems Follow

safety protocols

and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly Coordinate with the

supervisor and other technicians

to ensure timely completion of work

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

electrical circuits, control systems, and HVAC systems

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and wiring diagrams

Basic understanding of

PLC systems

and industrial safety standards (preferred) Good problem-solving and communication skills Physically fit to handle on-site maintenance work
