2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Job description We are seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Staff to ensure the proper upkeep of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities across the academic campus and hostel premises. Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, responding promptly to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role requires basic technical knowledge, physical fitness, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in maintaining institutional or residential facilities is preferred. The candidate should be able to work in shifts, handle tools/equipment efficiently, and coordinate with the operations team for timely issue resolution.
