Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor leads the team in the daily maintenance of equipment according to the rules, ensuring that key equipment is in good technical condition. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsible for the entire operation in the Maintenance Department. Timely completion of maintenance-related works. Installation and maintenance of all equipment. Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues. Maintain, monitor, and test hotel & emergency and security systems Knowledge of features like Fire extinguishers, CCTV, etc Coordinate with all other departments for the smooth operation of the organization Coordinate interdepartmental communications Responsible for entire guest needs and complaints regarding maintenance Update and follow up the SOP practices in all the maintenance departments. Report day-to-day activities to Management through the mail.
