2. Carry out proposed renovation of guest rooms or public areas.
3. Fire and Safety procedures.
4. Back-up System (Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and UPS Backup)
5. Fire alarms and their monitoring.
6. Fix any water leaks (isolation points).
7. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as power outages, AC, plumbing leaks, and equipment failures, and take necessary actions to mitigate the impact on guests and staff.
8. Ensure all types of equipment are checked regularly for proper and efficient operation.
9. Regular tests of fire prevention system.
10. Maintenance request forms filled out for all equipment or areas in need of repair
11. Any electricity and light failure issue
12. Plant and Equipment Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
13. Hot water boiler check.
14. HVAC (Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) check.
15. Monitor any external or 3rd party vendor maintenance jobs.
16. Maintenance and monitoring of solar panels.
17. PABX and Telephone Systems.
18. Energy saving committee.
19. BMS (Building Management System) operation.
20. Grooming standards are to be followed by the engineering team.
