Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take care of hospital cleanliness, hygiene, patient safety, and maintenance work. The role includes managing housekeeping, security, and gardening staff and ensuring smooth maintenance of all hospital areas.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain

cleanliness of the hospital

by managing

housekeeping, security, and gardening staff

. Prepare

duty rosters

and ensure proper staff availability. Ensure

patient safety and hygiene

across the hospital premises. Manage and monitor the

medical gas manifold area

. Carry out

regular maintenance

in

OT, ICU, Labor Ward, and patient rooms

. Handle day-to-day maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, civil). Ensure quick action during emergency breakdowns. Coordinate with hospital staff and service vendors.

Qualification

Arts / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field preferred.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in hospital or facility maintenance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
