Designation: Maintenance supervisor
Location: Pune
Maintenance Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the overall maintenance activities of the organization.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance team, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to production or services.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs by optimizing resource allocation and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and increase reliability.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality work and adherence to service agreements.
• Evaluate equipment performance and reliability, analyze data, and recommend improvements or replacement as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in maintenance management.
