Job Description

Supervise daily MEP maintenance operations for residential buildings. Manage a team of technicians and housekeeping staff. Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Inspect building services like lift, fire fighting systems, CCTV, pumps, DG sets, etc. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC services. Maintain daily checklists, logs, and basic documentation. Handle residents' maintenance complaints efficiently.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of HT/LT panels, HVAC, plumbing lines, fire fighting systems. Basic knowledge of civil finishing is an added advantage. Good communication and team-handling ability. Proficient in MS Excel and maintenance reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

MEP Engineer looking to grow into a Supervisor role. Comfortable with field supervision and attending resident complaints. Age between 24 to 35 years. Preferably from the nearby area and ready for immediate joining.

Experience Required:

2 to 4 years

of hands-on experience in MEP Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), preferably in residential or commercial buildings. Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
