Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted, safe, and cost-effective maintenance of showrooms, buildings, offices, and farm house facilities through efficient supervision, vendor management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Showroom Maintenance

Supervise civil, painting, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and interior/exterior maintenance. Ensure facade, glass cleaning, festival lighting, decor, and parking area upkeep. Maintain 24x7 water and electricity supply across showroom and office premises.

Electrical & HVAC Maintenance

Monitor daily electricity consumption and ensure power factor optimization. Manage DG sets, electrical panels, transformers, lifts, display lighting, and telecom tower power supply. Supervise showroom cooling systems and office AC (split, ductable) maintenance through vendors.

AMC, Vendor & Asset Management

Finalize and manage AMCs for electrical, civil, DG, lift, AC, and other services. Negotiate rates, procure maintenance materials and fixed assets, and oversee installations. Coordinate contractors for repairs, new office projects, and maintenance works.

Compliance & Administration

Ensure statutory electrical compliance and liaison with electricity board authorities. Process monthly electricity bills, rent invoices, and ensure timely payments. Handle yearly property tax submissions and records.

Farm House Maintenance

Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, AC, solar systems, landscaping, and water management. Manage contractors, negotiate payments, and supervise repair of machinery and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil (preferred) 2+ years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision Strong vendor negotiation, cost control, and coordination skills Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and civil systems
