to oversee maintenance operations across our serviced apartments and residential properties in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
vendor coordination, client management, and assisting with property show-arounds
for existing and prospective clients.
This role requires excellent communication, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, housekeeping, and other maintenance services.
Obtain and review quotations, verify job completion, and ensure timely billing and payments.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain an updated vendor database.
Ensure service quality, compliance, and adherence to safety protocols.
2. Client Management
Serve as the first point of contact for client maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with property upkeep and service standards.
Update clients on maintenance progress and address any concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
3. Property Show-arounds and Inspections
Assist company management in conducting property show-arounds for prospective clients and corporate visitors.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for viewing at all times.
Support leasing or client relations teams during property visits with accurate information on amenities, maintenance standards, and facilities.
4. Reporting and Supervision
Supervise onsite technicians and housekeeping staff for day-to-day tasks.
Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inspection records.
Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Report recurring issues, vendor delays, or client complaints to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Facility Management / Building Maintenance (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, or hospitality operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management tools.
Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi knowledge is a plus.
