Position Overview:

This position is required to ensure timely repairs, inspections, documentation, and preventative maintenance for electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems/ equipment. Test and diagnose issues, ensure proper functioning, perform preventative maintenance, and keep inventory.
2. Wiring: Use tools to install and repair wiring, locate faults, inspect systems.
3. Plumbing: Install and maintain plumbing systems, cut/weld pipes, inspect systems for safety, and prepare cost estimates. Proficient in water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
4. Carpentry & Fabrication: Perform basic carpentry and fabrication tasks to build and repair structures and fixtures.

Basic Knowledge of English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Skills & Personal Attributes:

1. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
2. Skilled in wiring installation and maintenance.
3. Competent in plumbing repairs and installations.
4. Expert knowledge of transformers, stabilisers, electric panels

Fixed Pay (Monthly):

Rs. 16,000 - 20,000
