Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth and safe operation of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance practices, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and motivating the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors. Planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and machinery. Inspecting equipment and infrastructure to identify potential maintenance needs and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and safely. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, protocols, and safety regulations. Managing spare parts inventory, vendor contracts, and supplier relationships. Collaborating with other departments (e.g., engineering, production) to address maintenance issues affecting productivity. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs. Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Training and developing maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
