Maintenance Supervisor are req in Mumbai - Fort

Position : Maintenance Supervisor

Exp : Min 3 yrs

Education : Diploma in Civil, Additional preference to certification Plumbing and Civil works

Location : Mumbai- Fort

Candidates with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff.
Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment and systems.
Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues or areas for improvement.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate appropriate responses.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed.
