Assisting in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building components and equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, including fire safety and other relevant protocols.
Collaboration:
Coordinating with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
Inventory Management:
Ordering and managing maintenance supplies and equipment.
Troubleshooting:
