Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities within our facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team. Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime. Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and inspections. Maintain maintenance logs, safety records, and compliance documentation. Work closely with production and operations teams to support facility goals. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures. Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead technician. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems. Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
