Job Role:
(Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime)
Job Responsibilities:
*Improvement in MTTR & MTBF by implementing proactive Kaizens.
*Spare Part planning & procurement.
*Supports production department for day to day activates & smooth ramp up.
*Proactive planning for up keeping long lead & critical mechanical assemblies.
*Troubleshooting in JTEKT grinding machines, NTC/Howa/Horkos/Ensu machining centers,Gantry transfer systems of Giken make, Fuji Honing, LMW, Nissin lathe machines, SPMs of Sugino, Coretec
*B/D analysis and countermeasures
*Cost saving,Energy saving, activity implemantation.
Skills:
*Equipment Hands on Experience- Operating, Maintaining &
troubleshooting of Horkos/Howa/NTC/Ensu make machining centers, Fuji Honing, Jtekt Grinding, Giken Gantry loader, Lathe machines, Sugino/ Ciga Yamashita Washings, SPMs of Coretec/V-Tech/Venus Automation.
*Hands on experience of Mechanical assemblies like ball screw ,spindle , gearbox,
drive systems, Bearings , Belts & Chain drives.
*Hands on experience of working with Torque Tools ( Pneumatic , Battery &
Electrical Tools).
*Maintenance, Troubleshooting & improvement of Hydraulic systems,
pneumatic systems.
*Reading mech drawings & Assembly drawing. Drafting the drawings in Autocad software
*Basic Knowledge of PLC & electro pneumatic
Basic knowledge of 3 phase systems, safety related to it , Motor starters.
maintenance and troubleshooting of Mechanical assemblies ,Gear Boxes
,pipelines , ball screw , Conveyor Drives ,by PM , TBM and CBM
methodologies . Guides subordinates to carry out Equipment internal
calibrations.
*Understands hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams . Operations &
troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics. Prepares troubleshooting
guide to reduce MTTR.
