Troubleshooting machine issues

Assisting with repairs

Immediately attend Breakdown.

Maintaining equipment & machinery

Ordering tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired for machinery

Developing maintenance policies and procedures

Organizing and leading maintenance trainings

Responding to maintenance requests

Leading safety inspections at worksites

Developing and maintaining a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans

Implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all daily operations

Checking sites frequently for issues and required maintenance

Managing the training and professional development of the operators. Motivating and evaluating them.

Ensure maintenance logbooks and history card filled in daily routine activity.

Get the work done within prescribed time, as assigned.

Preventive Maintenance Planning as per AMP and Execution.

Qualification & Experience & Skills Required

B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)

7 to 10 Years of experience in repairing, servicing, and maintaining equipment in a similar environment.

Previous experience with technical engineering in maintaining and repairing machinery to operational standards.

Experience in maintenance of machineries such as compressors, forging, DG, CNC, Centerless Grinders, Lathe Machine etc.

Ability to solve problem.
