Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Calicut

Eligibility:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, or related field Experience: Fresher / Experienced (as per company requirement)

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, pumps, generators, tools, and general maintenance Ability to supervise technicians and manage maintenance schedules Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, assigning tasks to technicians, conducting inspections, ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance work, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role ensures the smooth functioning of rides, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Maintenance Operations

Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil areas. Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress throughout the shift. Ensure timely completion of repair works, service tasks, and routine checks.

2. Equipment & Ride Maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of rides, equipment, pumps, generators, HVAC systems, and utility lines. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly to avoid operational disruptions. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed strictly.

3. Safety & Compliance

Enforce all safety standards and protocols during maintenance work. Ensure technicians use proper tools, PPE, and follow safety guidelines. Identify potential hazards and take corrective action immediately.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with operations, electrical, mechanical, and facility teams for maintenance requirements. Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and checklists. Report major breakdowns, repeated issues, and material requirements to management.

5. Inventory & Material Management

Monitor maintenance materials, tools, spare parts, and raise purchase requests when necessary. Ensure proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.

6. Team Supervision & Training

Guide technicians in troubleshooting and technical tasks. Train new team members on maintenance procedures and safety practices. Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the team.
