Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee and manage all hotel maintenance operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance staff and daily repair operations.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
Maintain records of repairs, equipment, and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-9 years of experience in maintenance (preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry).
Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience).
