Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 3

+ years of experience

in residential/commercial construction or maintenance Strong knowledge of maintenance work, coordination, and execution Experience in

budgeting, vendor management, negotiation, and customer service

Ability to lead teams and ensure smooth workflow across sites Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must have a

valid 4-wheeler driving license

and own a 2-wheeler for site travel

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance operations across sites Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely execution of work Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations Handle customer requirements and provide effective solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Prepare reports and update management on progress and challenges

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and coordination abilities Good negotiation and vendor handling skills Hands-on technical knowledge in construction/maintenance works Customer-focused with a professional approach
