Key responsibilities

Hire, train, and schedule maintenance staff to create an effective team.

Plan and organize daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems (like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) and equipment.

Assist in creating maintenance budgets and maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and equipment.

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to relevant safety and government regulations, such as OSHA guidelines.

Oversee and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
