Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day to day maintenance activities for city buses, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork repairs.

Consolidate the vehicle complains and allocate task to technician and monitor job process to ensure timely completion.

Conduct daily inspection (General Check) of buses for roadworthiness.

Respond to breakdowns and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate to store for timely availability of spare parts and consumables.

Proactively inform store for upcoming service schedules and campaigns for stock availability.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs in the system.

Monitor workshop productivity and quality of repairs.

Provide daily reports to management and operation team on fleet availability, downtime and critical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in city bus or heavy commercial vehicle.

Strong knowledge of CNG and diesel buses mechanism, diagnostic and repair procedures.

Excellent team management, communication and problem solving skills.

Ability to handle breakdowns efficiently.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
