Job Description

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a facility or construction project. The role involves managing onsite work execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with project managers and engineers.

Responsibilties:

Supervise MEP installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Ensure correct installation of HVAC, electrical panels, wiring, plumbing lines, fire-fighting systems, and drainage. Allocate tasks and monitor performance of technicians and helpers. Liaise with civil and architectural teams to ensure coordination of services. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and checklists.
Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field 1-2 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision (construction/facility management) Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety installations Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and regulations Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
