Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Staff/Technician with hands-on experience in managing residential building maintenance issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other day-to-day repair works in the residential society.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle electrical work: wiring, switches, panels, lights, fans, and power supply. Attend plumbing issues: leakages, blockages, pipe fittings, pumps, and water supply. Do routine checks and preventive maintenance of society equipment. Attend residents' complaints and resolve them on time. Keep records of maintenance work and repairs. Coordinate with vendors/contractors if needed. Follow safety rules while working.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of

residential building maintenance issues

(electrical & plumbing). Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick solutions. Basic knowledge of

mechanical equipment and fire safety systems

are an added advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field preferred. 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in

residential societies or real estate projects
