Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff member with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.
Handle plumbing work, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical and plumbing fixtures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with management for major repair or replacement needs.
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
Ensure all safety and maintenance standards are met.
Provide general facility support when needed (minor carpentry, painting, etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties.
ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
