Draft and maintain daily/weekly reports in Excel and other formats.
Follow up with customers regularly for service updates and feedback.
Call and coordinate with potential tenants and landlords for property placement.
Post and manage property or service advertisements on various online portals.
Maintain and update client and property databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in business development or customer service roles.
Proficiency in
MS Office
, especially
Excel
.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of real estate or property management (preferred).
Experience in posting ads on platforms like OLX, MagicBricks, Facebook etc. is an added advantage.
