Titan, a leading jewellery company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Senior Executive/Deputy Manager to join our team in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. As a Maintenance Senior Executive/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any maintenance issues and implement corrective actions Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to production Develop and maintain maintenance records and reports to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities Continuously identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance expenses


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures Experience in managing a team and coordinating with other departments Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency maintenance needs
