Job Title: - Maintenance / Production (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Ramshej, Nashik, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification Required: Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

Salary: ?15,000 - ?17,000 per month

Shift Timings (Rotational):

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Role:

The Company is looking for female Diploma holders in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for trainee positions in the Maintenance or Production departments. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, technical operations, and plant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

2. Conduct final product inspections and quality checks.

3. Assist machine operators and support shift operations.

4. Help in basic planned and preventive maintenance activities.

5. Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.

6. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, OHS standards, and company policies.

7. Conduct risk assessment, safety audits, and hazard identification.

8. Investigate accidents/near-misses and follow up with preventive actions.

9. Support fire safety management, emergency drills, and PPE compliance.

10. Monitor safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.

11. Participate in safety awareness and employee training initiatives.

12. Maintain documentation related to safety and compliance with regulatory bodies.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.Education: Diploma in Mechanical

2. Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

3. Location Flexibility: Willing to work in Nashik

4. Skills: Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn

5. High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent roles after completion of the training period.
