Job Title: - Maintenance & Project Manager

Location: Khopoli

Experience: - 7 to 10 year

Job Type: - Full Time

Salary: - Rs.35000 To Rs.50000 ( Per Month)

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment ensuring minimal downtime.

Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Manage PLC & SCADA-based automation systems, including troubleshooting and programming.

Oversee plant projects - installation, commissioning, and upgradation of machinery and automation systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Monitor and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.

Train and mentor the maintenance team on technical skills including PLC & SCADA systems.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance plant productivity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, energy, and equipment lifecycle.



Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.

7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing plant maintenance and project management.

Strong knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems, along with mechanical and electrical equipment.

Hands-on experience in crane maintenance will be an added advantage.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
