Job Responsibilities 1. Manage maintenance and construction points

2. Extend support to team for mobilizing the resources

3. Provide guidance and support to team for improving performance

4. Resolve issues faced by support staff

5. Adhere to quality management standards and safety norms

6. Report near miss incidents and accidents on sites

7. Ensure delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly targets as per

project execution plan

8. Ascertain completion of measurement, reconciliation and bill

certification within timelines

9. Update real time and accurate data in graphic information system and

other tools and applications
Education Requirement B.E./ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and

Communication
Experience Requirement 10 - 15 years
Skills & Competencies 1. Knowledge of maintenance and construction points

2. Project management skills

4. Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
