The Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures across the facility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Fix leaks, blockages, damaged pipes, and drainage issues.
Maintain water tanks, pumps, and sanitary systems.
Install and repair washbasins, taps, showers, toilets, and pipelines.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
Work with maintenance team to resolve urgent plumbing complaints.
Maintain tools and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Record daily tasks and report to maintenance supervisor.
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent
1-3 years experience in plumbing maintenance
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
Skills Required:
Strong problem-solving and repair skills
Ability to work independently
Good communication and teamwork
Understanding of plumbing materials and tools
