Job Requirements

• Work in a cross functional team as a SME
• Develop SAP preventive maintenance plan and Task list as per equipment strategy, RCM study
• Modification/Enhancement of existing maintenance plan and Task list
• Gap analysis study of SAP preventive maintenance with equipment maintenance strategies
• Manage day to day maintenance planning activities
• Preparation of Crash plan, SMP, SOP, Checklist
• Preparation of excel based job plan work book
• Preparation of lifting plan, isolation plan

Work Experience

• Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
• 05 to 08 years of experience in Oil&Gas upstream, Refinery or Petrochemical industries
• Strong knowledge in preventive, predictive, corrective and condition based maintenance of electrical equipment(Generator, Power Cables, Transformer, Bus Duct, Switchgear, Motor, Lighting, UPS,VFD, Electrical panels)
• Experience in Turn around/Shutdown maintenance planning is an added advantage
• Knowledge in electrical equipment tests (Commissioning/Periodic/Condition monitoring/Emergency tests)
• Strong knowledge in interpretation on drawings and documents. i.e. SLD/OLD, Wiring Diagram, Connection Diagram, Layout drawings, Data sheet, O&M manual
• Knowledge of electrical engineering international codes and safety standards
• Knowledge of Hazardous zone/area classification, Ingress protection, Temperature classification
• Experience in preparing SMP/SOP/Check list are added advantage
• Hands-on experience using CMMS software/tool
• Exposure in SAP - Plant Maintenance
• Exposure in Medium, Navis freedom (Auto Desk) software's is an added advantage
• Strong Knowledge in MS-word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
