Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.
Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.
Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.
Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.
Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.
Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.
Provide technical support for maintenance optimisation, Root Cause Analysis, RCM.
Report all quality defects in QMS to prevent re-occurrences.
Managing multi-functional team and actively involved in developing & mentoring team members.
Work Experience
Total experience of 12 - 15 years in oil and gas industry
Extensive discipline knowledge and broad general engineering knowledge within the Refinery and Petrochemical Industry.
Desirable: Work experience as Rotating Equipment Field Service Engineer/Field Specialist/Technical Advisor/FSR with OEMs like Baker Hughes/SIEMENS/Dresser Rand/Ingersoll Rand/Elliott/Man Turbo/Sulzer/Rolls Royce/Hyundai Heavy Industries/Mitsubishi etc.
Desirable: understanding of turbomachinery drawings like cross-sectional drawing/GA drawing, Assembly drawing, P&ID, PFD, Isometric drawing.
Experience in maintenance, trouble-shooting & spares planning of various rotating and static equipment.
Desirable: Hands-on experience on diagnosis, repair and overhaul of various types of rotating equipment such as steam turbines, centrifugal compressors (vertically split and horizontally split), reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, electric generators, electric motors, gearboxes, single and multistage pumps, expanders, agitators, extruders, pelletizers, feeders/crushers etc.
Exposure to Erection/Commissioning/Maintenance of auxiliary equipment like Lube Oil System, Seal Gas System, Control Oil System, Oil Clarifier/Purifier/Separator, Starting/Inlet Air/Water Wash/Exhaust System for Gas Turbines etc.
Technical know-how about mechanical seal flushing plans, API codes pertaining to rotating equipment, machine alignment techniques, machine run test, Equipment Strategy etc.
Fair knowledge of instrumentation, control & protection systems. Knowledge on instrument jobs such as axial/radial probes adjustment, alarms/set point settings, cause and effect chart, and instrument valves maintenance etc.
Condition Monitoring of static/rotary equipment.
Working knowledge of Static Equipment: Heat Exchangers, Columns, Vessels, Reactors, Boilers, Cooling towers, Tank farm equipment (storage tanks), Valves and Piping.
Ability to communicate at all levels, good interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.
Good knowledge of Engineering and Maintenance processes.
Ability to develop strategy and manage change.
Analytical thinking ability for planning and troubleshooting.
