Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Head to lead our maintenance team. The Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Manage the maintenance budget, including costs for repairs, parts, and labor. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance maintenance processes. Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Develop and implement training programs for the maintenance team to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Head in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CPMM) is a plus.
