Job Requirements

1) Responsible for ensuring Zero Breakdown, Timely completion of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance as per plan, SLA adherence for Production and Utility equipment.


2) Implementation of Low cost Automations, Kaizen improvements across the Machines.


3) To implement the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices in identified critical machines & to digitize IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) across machines


Should have knowledge on 5S, Safety concepts & Implementations

Knowledge on Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics & Mechanical Engineering. Troubleshooting of machinery breakdowns like Conventional, CNC, SPM, Power Presses & Induction Furnaces. VFD, PLC, SCADA & Robotics Programming and applications Automation of Machinery & Process equipment's TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Planning & Pillar wise Executions to improve PQCDSM. IIOT/Industry 4.0 knowledge & deployment with machines. Knowledge in Ardino, Raspberry Pi, Python Language Utility equipment's Maintenance Management

MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES:

v To monitor and ensure 100% machines uptime for the production and timely support of maintenance services to the plant operation.


v To review and comply the

safety

guidelines and

work permit

procedures.


v Regular adherence to the

Preventive

and

Predictive

maintenance of the equipment's and instruments.


To evaluate the breakdown of equipment/instrument system by failurev analysis

(RCA)

and implement the proper

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

.


v

Planning

of spares & consumables for the better inventory and budgetary control as per the approved norms.


v

Cost effective

& Quality vendor development for the Engineering Services.


v Tracking & timely adherence of the

Annual Maintenance Contracts

LEGAL & STATUTORY NORMS:

v Compliance of various legal,

statutory

norms and

environment

control system pertaining to the maintenance function.


v To review and evaluate the operational aspects for potential

energy saving

by exploring the energy efficient equipment / systems.


v To ensure the optimization usage of resources for

reduction of waste

.

IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES:

v To identify the areas of improvement in the machines and bring the solutions in terms of the innovation by proposing the improvements projects and Kaizen.


v Co-ordination of the

project execution activities

and highlighting the same to Seniors


v To explore the latest and

updated

technologies in the field and to adopt the same.


v To plan and review

PLC logic,

Validation and safety

interlock

of the system.


v Installation and commissioning of new machines and arrange for the operational and service training.


v To plan and review

calibration

activity and ensure timely compliance.

Skill Set:

Knowledge on below mentioned software is an added advantage:


1) Labview


2) AutoCAD - 2D & 3D, / SolidWorks


3) ERP system / Oracle


4) CNC Programming


5) PLC Programming


6) MS Office (Mandatory)
